We carry brand new products. We will gladly accept the return for exchange that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery/purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return for exchange 15 days from the date of purchase/delivery. However all return for refunds are subjected to 20% restocking. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. No return for Refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery. Customer has to pay and mail the item back to us for return/exchange/any thing.

Refunds All products(Except Dell HP) returned for refund are subjected to 25% restocking fee. Some Brands Like Dell HP Have Proprietary items which are non refundable at all. Products must be returned within 10days from the date of the delivery/original invoice. All which require RMA number to be assigned from our customer service department. Shipping charges are not refundable at all. If website unable to calculate correct shipping charge, customer will be informed later on. For any Returns/Refund/Credit Customer has to pay shipping & send the package back to us.
Most orders received will ship within 24 72 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Please make sure you give us your correct and valid shipping address as order with wrong and invalid address are lost, delayed and cause carrier surcharge upto $10 and is billed to customer. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused shipping or product availability.
